Mentoring for Wellbeing
How do we support the health and wellbeing of individual staff members?
Health and wellbeing is a shared responsibility. Through one to one mentoring, we ensure that every staff member knows what wellbeing means in their own lives and how to implement policy in practice. Mentoring provides a personalised support system that helps every person reach their highest potential and picks up issues for individuals before they become problems. The PurpleBee mentoring programme helps people and settings who want to introduce or develop a mentoring scheme.
PurpleBee can help you to meet and exceed Ofsted’s expectations around the health and wellbeing of children, families and your team.
‘Leaders ensure that highly effective and meaningful engagement takes place with staff at all levels and that any issues are identified. Leaders engage with their staff and are aware of the main pressures on them. They are realistic and constructive in the way they manage staff, including their workload.’
